Workshop service

Need a Vienna bike workshop? We maintain and repair city bikes, Dutch bikes, and e-bikes in our shop on Frankenberggasse — even if you bought the bike elsewhere.

What we work on

Careful hand work, clear estimates, and honest advice on whether a part is worth replacing.

01

Seasonal tune & safety check

Brakes, gears, headset, wheels, lights, and fasteners — the full pass before commuting season or after winter storage.

02

Punctures, tubes & tyres

Fast tube swaps, puncture repairs, and tyre advice for cobbles, tram tracks, and wet Vienna mornings.

03

Brake setup & cable work

Rim and roller brakes dialled in, cables and housings replaced, levers positioned for confident city stops.

04

Hub gears & Dutch drivetrains

Nexus, Alfine, and similar hub systems adjusted, lubricated, and diagnosed when shifting feels vague.

05

E-bike checks & diagnostics

Assistance behaviour, connectors, basic software checks where supported, and wear parts around the motor drive.

06

Wheels, racks & everyday fittings

Trueing, spoke replacement, mudguards, racks, baskets, and child seats fitted securely for daily use.

Common questions

Do I need to have bought my bike here?

No. We service city bikes and e-bikes from other shops as long as we can source parts and work safely on the system.

Can I wait while you fix a puncture?

Often yes for simple jobs. Larger services are booked as drop-offs — we will give you a clear time window.

Do you work on racing bikes?

Our focus is city, Dutch, touring, and urban e-bikes. Ask us if you are unsure — we will say honestly if another workshop is a better fit.

How do I book?

Call, email, or use the contact form. Bring the bike during opening hours if you prefer a walk-in estimate first.
